Several Cars Collide in Bear Crash; Woman Injured

Bear, Delaware (August 7, 2017) – One woman was injured in a multi-car incident in Bear on Saturday, according to Christiana Fire Company.

The accident took place at 2:45 p.m. August 5, at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Bear Corbitt Road in Delaware State.

Crews arrived at the crash site were able to extricate the woman from her truck upon arrival. Trooper 4 was moving above the crash site as crews on the ground assessed the victims in three vehicles.

It was unknown if any victims were taken to the hospital.

Limited details regarding the cause of the incident and the condition of the victim were available at this time.

An investigation into the crash was still underway.
